Developer Jeff Berkowitz has submitted plans to the City of Miami for an observation tower called Skyrise Miami . The Arquitectonica Designed proposal is slated to begin construction in 2014 on what is currently a surface parking lot behind Bayside Marketplace .Skyrise will include three observations Decks and also included: a restaurant, nightclub, private lounge and a ballroom.Others attractions planned are a moving theater, Skyplunge and Skyrise Drop.
